Anna Jane (Campbell) Stubblefield Couch, 85 of Odessa, Missouri passed away on Saturday, May 5, 2018 at the St. Mary’s Manor in Blue Springs, MO.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 9, 2018 at the Ralph O. Jones Funeral Home, 306 S. 2nd St., Odessa, MO, 64076, 816-633-5524. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, May 10, 2018 at the First Baptist Church, 100 W. Hwy OO, Odessa, MO, 64076. Burial will be in the Odessa Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the Heart of America Alzheimer’s Association, First Baptist Church or the Odessa Cemetery. Anna was born on May 19, 1932 in Bates City, MO to Aubrey and Viola Grace (Day) Campbell. She graduated in 1949 from Odessa High School in Odessa, MO. In addition to farming, Anna worked as a secretary for the high school and insurance offices, then for the shoe factory, and retired from Lake City Ammunitions in Independence, MO. She married Jack Stubblefield on December 26, 1949 in Odessa. He preceded her in death in February of 1995. On September 2, 1996 she married Lloyd “Elmo” Couch in Odessa. He preceded her in death in November of 2008. Anna was Baptist by faith. She was a member of the Shaw Club. In addition to spending time with her family and friends, Anna enjoyed sewing, gardening, the outdoors, traveling to Branson and attending country music shows.

Survivors include three children, Janet Pallette and husband Larry of Odessa, MO, Steve Stubblefield and wife Cheyenne of Oil City, Louisiana and a step-son, Darrell Couch of Florissant, MO; six grandchildren, Samantha Harms and husband Ross, Stefanie Gann and husband Michael, Vincent Stubblefield, Marissa Stubblefield, Ashley McLaughlin and husband Matthew and Steve Aaron Stubblefield and wife Samantha; six great grandchildren, Jack Wiggins, Archer and Grayson Gann, Sawyer Johnson, Ava Grace Stubblefield and Remy McLaughlin.

In addition to her parents, Anna was precede in death by her husbands.
