HOMER "H.T." T. SEATON, JR.
Homer T. Seaton, Jr., 90, of Lexington, MO passed away Thursday, April 28, 2016 at the home of his daughter.

H.T. was born March 26, 1926 in Copperhill, TN, the son of Homer T. Seaton, Sr. and Lena Lee Arnwine Seaton. He married Emily Sue Clarke, December 21, 1951 in Lexington, MO. Emily preceded him in death on March 23, 2002.

Homer was an Army Veteran of WWII, serving in the Philippines and the South Pacific Theater. Homer was an Insurance Broker, a Real Estate Broker and was instrumental in getting the adult education program started at Wentworth Military Academy. Homer was a member of the Lexington United Methodist Church, a member of the Lexington Elk's Lodge, the Lexington Rotary Club, and the morning coffee club.

H. T. is survived by his children: Marcia McKee and husband, Gary, Warrensburg, MO, Gerald Seaton, Lexington and Claudia Shannon, and husband, Larry, Lexington. A brother, Richard Seaton. There are three grandchildren. In addition to his wife, Emily, he was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, James, and a sister, Virginia Ingle.

There will be a visitation from 5 to 7 p.m., Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at the Walker-Nadler-Fuller Funeral Home, Lexington. A celebration of life and inurnment of cremains at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Higginsville will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758517, Topeka, KS 66675 in Homer's memory.
