KAREN FRANCIS
Karen Ann Francis, 66, of Lexington, passed away Monday, March 13, 2017 at her home. Graveside services will be Friday, March 17, 2017 at 3:00pm at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery, Higginsville, Missouri.
Karen was born April 18, 1950, the daughter of Frederic and Theresa Alcock Thomson in Topeka, Kansas. She married Daniel Francis on December 23, 1988 in Springfield, Missouri. He preceded her in death on October 21, 2013.
Karen is survived by two sisters, Mary Thomson of Kansas City and Helen Lesan and husband John of Lone Jack; two nieces, Kristy Lesan and husband Carlos Angeles and Dawn Lesan Spears and husband Aaron Spears; and one great nephew, Emiliano Angeles.
She was preceded in death by her husband and parents.
