Norma Jean Maun, 87, of Odessa passed away Thursday, July 20, 2017 at her home. Funeral services will be Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at 11:00am at the First Christian Church of Odessa. Visitation will also be at the church on Tuesday, from 10:00 to 11:00am. Burial will be in St. Luke's Cemetery, Wellington, Missouri. Memorials may be made to First Christian Church. She was born in Independence, Missouri on August 5, 1929 to Frederick Franklin and Elizabeth Caroline (Stovall) Westmoreland. On December 31, 1949 Norma married Paul Graham Maun in Wellington, Missouri. He preceded her in death on September 29, 1994. Norma had worked for Moet Sales and Harmon Electronics. She was a member of First Christian Church of Odessa and the CF Women.
Norma is survived by one son, Dale Maun of Odessa; one sister, Mary Boadus of Sacramento, California; five grandchildren; eight great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her son, Calvin Maun; her grandson, Jason Lee Maun; brothers, Leo Gillespie, Jasper Westmoreland, Fred Westmoreland, Robert Westmoreland, her twin, Norman Westmoreland; and her sister Beulah Courtney.
