PEGGY MARKLEY
Peggy Markley, 58, Wellington, passed away Wednesday, March 8, 2017 at KU Medical Center. Funeral services will be Saturday, March 11, 2017 at Walker Nadler Funeral Home, Lexington, at 3:00pm. Visitation will be at the Funeral Home from 2:00 to 3:00pm. Burial will be in Machpelah Cemetery, Lexington.
Peggy was born July 29, 1958 in Lexington to Herbert and Opal Miller Markley. She worked for over 20 years as a medical assistant. She attended Journey of Faith and the Wellington United Methodist Church. Peggy loved the lake and her dogs.
Peggy is survived by two sisters, Vickie Colbert of Lexington and Kathryn Huffman of Wellington; and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister Marie Markley.
