VICKY TRETTER
Vicky (Hufford) Tretter, 66, of Lexington, MO passed away on Sunday, January 8, 2017 at her home.
The family will host services at a later date, per Vicky's request cremation. Memorials are suggested to CAR (Cancer Assistance Relief, in care of Trinity UCC, 1312 Franklin Avenue, Lexington, MO 64067).
Vicky was born on May 23, 1950, in Lexington, the daughter of Robert V. and Jackie L. (Snyder) Hufford. She married Byron Tretter on March 18, 1967 in Lexington. Vicky was a registered nurse. She was a member of the Moose Lodge, VFW Auxiliary 4052 and served as president of the Senior Center Service Board. She enjoyed cooking, entertaining and spending time with family.
Survivors include her husband, of the home, three children, Rad Tretter and wife Shannon of Lexington, Melissa Eckhoff and husband Bruce of Concordia and Nathan Tretter and wife Susan of Higginsville; five grandchildren, Zachary Tretter and wife Kellye, whom Vicky and Byron raised, Matthew Tretter, Paige Tretter, of Lexington, Hailey Tretter and Graydon Tretter, of Higginsville; and one great grandson, Jaxxon Tretter.
In addition to her parents, Vicky was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Jacklyn Victoria Eckhoff.
