David Lee Wallace Sr.

January 19, 1954 — October 14, 2017

David Lee Wallace, Sr., 63 of Lexington, Missouri passed away on Saturday, October 14, 2017 at the Meyer Care Center in Higginsville, MO.

David’s wishes were to be cremated. The family will Host a Celebration of Life at a later date. Memories and condolences for the family may be left at www.nadlerfullerfh.com or on our Facebook Page. David was born on January 19, 1954 in Lexington, MO to Robert Lee and Mary (Small) Wallace. He graduated in 1972 from Lexington High School. David worked for Missouri Department of Transportation, Green Quarries as an equipment operator and currently was working for Dave’s Country Market for the past eight plus years. He was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Lexington. In addition to spending time with his family and friends, David enjoyed working on cars and trucks, and going to car and truck shows.

David is survived by his mother, Mary Wallace of Lexington, MO; three children, David Lee Wallace, Jr. and wife Marie of Ormond Beach, Florida, Cathy McMillin and husband Marc of Fort Worth, Texas and Rachel Lopez and husband Jorge of Charleston, South Carolina; eight grandchildren; four brothers, Mark Wallace and wife Cathy and Tommy Wallace and wife Denise both of Lexington, MO, Denny Wallace and wife Debbie of Napoleon, MO, and Jeff Wallace and wife Peggy of Higginsville, MO; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his father, David was preceded in death by a sister, Barbara Clouse.
