Sandra Lee Johnson

Sandra Lee Johnson, 68, of Lexington passed away August 19, 2018 at Centerpoint Medical Center, Independence. Funeral service will be Saturday, September 1, 2018 at Second Baptist Church, Lexington at 1:00pm. Visitation will also be at the church from 12:00 until 1:00pm. Burial will be in Odessa City Cemetery.

Sandra was born August 29, 1949 to Louis Lee and Thelma Marie (Jackson) Johnson, Sr. She worked as a client specialist for the Higginsville Habilitation Center for over 20 years. She also worked at Wentworth Military Academy for eight years. Sandra was a member of Second Baptist Church of Lexington.

Sandra is survived by her sons, Rocky Johnson of Higginsville and Shawn Johnson of Lexington; brothers, Thomas Johnson of Richmond, Howard Johnson of Shreveport, Louisiana, and Finnus Johnson of Higginsville; sisters, Debra Johnson of Independence and Brenda Harris of Kansas City, Missouri; seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Louis Johnson, Jr. and Graylon Johnson; and sister Shirley Lomax.
